Fatal House Fires in New York

While plenty of attorneys publicize their services for fire-related casualties, the reality is that not all law firms are capable of successfully handling these difficult cases. Often in these sorts of cases, there is considerable property damage, the medical expenses are excessive, and the pain, suffering, and other losses are unfathomable.

Fires are frequently caused by negligent actions committed by more than one person. The causes of most residential fires are usually associated with human error.

Rooting out the exact cause of a structure fire, and deciding who should be held accountable for the injuries and losses it caused, is an issue that demands an immediate investigation by the victim’s attorney.

Additionally, the intricate technical issues that often accompany fire accident claims often involve the application of tricky state and federal regulations, laws, and industry standards.

If you experienced significant losses or personal injury in a fire, we strongly urge you to contact a New York personal injury lawyer that has the resources, knowledge, and staff required to fully investigate and pursue the claim that best fits your circumstances.
