Albion, NY (June 12, 2023) – A driver from Oswego County, along with one passenger, lost their lives in a two-car collision that occurred on Saturday morning, June 10. At approximately 11:35 a.m., police with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office went to the crash site on State Route 104. 

The incident occurred on SR-104 near Searles Road in Albion. Police say a 2006 Ford pickup was headed east on the roadway when it became involved in a head-on crash with a 2011 Toyota Camry headed in the opposite direction. 

The driver of the Camry was identified as 62-year-old Annemarie McDermott from Pulaski. Her passenger was identified as 66-year-old Richard McDermott, also of Pulaski. They were both pronounced deceased on-site. 

The pickup truck’s driver was identified as Jason Robinson, age 40, also a Pulaski resident. He was transported to Upstate Hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

Several agencies investigated the crash scene, including Northern Oswego County Ambulance, Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, New York State Police, and the New York State Department of Transportation.
