New York Car Accidents
Car and truck accidents are some of the most common reasons that individuals have to interact with the legal system. On average, the Empire State sees about 300,000 car crashes per year. Car wrecks that end in injuries are not always simple legal matters. Oftentimes, an injured victim will end up suing a negligent party for causing an accident. This entails a wide range of legalities, including driving laws, insurance laws, and/or product liability laws. This is especially true when cases involve catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death.
