Pedestrians and Drivers

When a pedestrian is hit by a car at no fault of their own, a driver will more than likely be responsible for that pedestrian’s injuries. Drivers who are found at-fault for an accident are often required to compensate the victim of the accident with funds to cover the damages, injuries, and trauma sustained in these accidents, which should help to ensure those who are victims are not left with bills they cannot pay. At the Law Offices of Robert A. Solomon of Metro Law, it is our duty to help victims in an accident fight to get the compensation they need, and we will work hard to provide them with the services they need so that they can move past their accident.
