Bainbridge, NY – Man Killed in Collision on County Route 36NY/NJ Legal News
Bainbridge, NY (September 6, 2019) – On September 5, emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on County Route 36.
According to reports, 52-year-old Richard Dibble was traveling down County Route 36 in a Honda Civic when his vehicle collided with a Ford F-350, which was pulling a cattle trailer, near the intersection of County Route 37.
Dibble incurred fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The passenger in the Honda, 71-year-old Florence Dibble, incurred serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
