Beach Haven, NJ – One Woman Loses Life in Pedestrian Crash on Bay Ave
Beach Haven, NJ (June 14, 2023) – A woman from Springbrook Township lost her life in a fatal collision that happened in Beach Haven on Monday, June 12. Emergency responders went to the scene to help at around 5:00 p.m.
Investigators say the woman, age 78, was attempting to cross Bay Avenue when she was struck by an 82-year-old man from Venice, Florida. The circumstances of the accident are still under police investigation at this time.
The woman was pronounced deceased on-site by medical professionals. Bay Avenue was closed for some time on the evening of June 12 while crews worked on-site.
