Brick, NJ – Two Hurt in Four-Car Accident on Rt 70 near Forge Pond Rd
Brick, NJ (August 10, 2023) – Two individuals suffered injuries in a four-vehicle collision that occurred in Brick. Responders were sent to the scene of the accident at around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8.
Reports show the incident happened on Route 70 near Forge Pond Road. One person broke their nose and clavicle, while a second suffered head injuries.
Route 70 was closed for almost two hours near Forge Pond Road while emergency crews worked in the area. Heavy traffic congestion was present throughout the area, which affected Route 88, Princeton Avenue, and other roads nearby.
Paramedics helped the injured parties and transported them to the hospital as necessary. Their names have not been reported at this time.
