Brick Township, NJ – Man Killed in Collision on Herbertsville RdNY/NJ Legal News
Brick Township, NJ (January 15, 2020) – A man sadly lost his life in a motor vehicle accident on Monday.
At 5:52 p.m., on January 13, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of an accident on Herbertsville Road.
Reports indicate that two male pedestrians were attempting to cross the roadway at the same time as a 26-year-old female traveling south in a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. Upon entering the roadway, one of the pedestrians, who was identified as a 51-year-old male, was struck by the motor vehicle.
The victim sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
