New York Pedestrian Crashes

Bronx, NY - Car Wash Worker Killed in Fatal Hit & Run at Speedway on Webster AvePedestrian accidents constantly happen in the United States and throughout New York state. Pedestrians are often more severely injured in collisions than other people who may be riding in vehicles at the time of their accidents. Unfortunately, this is most likely due to the fact that most drivers engage in negligent activity.

In 2021, approximately 9% of all accident fatalities in New York City involved a pedestrian. In one year’s time, thousands of pedestrians are injured and killed in traffic accidents in New York City.
