Bronx, NY – Pedestrian Critically Injured in Collision on Soundview Ave
Bronx, NY (December 5, 2023) – A serious pedestrian collision occurred in the Bronx on the evening of December 5. At approximately 6:42 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the incident on Soundview Avenue to render aid. A male pedestrian was reportedly hit by a car that then fled the scene without stopping. Authorities are now searching for a black Dodge that fled northbound from the scene of the incident. EMS were requested at the crash site to treat the victim who suffered a severe head injury. The victim was identified as a 41-year-old man who is now in critical condition. Authorities in the Bronx continue to investigate.
