Bicycle Accidents in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY - 10-Year-Old Killed in Car Accident

The streets of New York are a hazardous place for pedestrians, drivers, bicycle riders, and motorcyclists alike. When bumper-to-bumper traffic is coupled with poor driving practices, careless motorists have the potential to cause serious car crashes that end in critical injuries and exorbitant costs.

New York is a no-fault state when it comes to car insurance, which means that every single car accident victim is able to have their doctor bills and lost income covered by an insurance company, no matter who was at fault for the accident. People who sustain severe injuries or endure the death of a loved one in a car accident, however, might also be able to file a legal claim for further financial compensation with the aid of a personal injury attorney.

If you were injured by a negligent, impaired or reckless driver, or lost a loved one due to a car accident, we strongly urge you to contact one of our attorneys here at Metro Law.
