Brooklyn, NY – Fatal Bicycle Accident at Rogers Ave & Clarkson Ave
Brooklyn, NY (October 4, 2023) – A fatal pedestrian accident took the life of one person in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn on the morning of October 4. Responders went to the scene at approximately 10:13 a.m.
Reports from authorities show the collision took place on Rogers Avenue near Clarkson Avenue. A small truck reportedly struck a pedestrian in the vicinity of a school.
The victim was identified as a 56-year-old bicyclist whose name has not been reported at this time. The truck driver stayed at the scene in order to cooperate with police and aid in the investigation.
Police in Brooklyn continue to investigate.
