Brooklyn, NY (November 20, 2023) – A major auto accident happened in Brooklyn on November 20. Responders including EMTs, police, and other emergency crews were observed at the wreck site on Foster Avenue a short time after the crash occurred just before 11:00 p.m. At least one individual was hurt in the collision and required emergency medical care on-site.
Sources say the collision took place on Foster Avenue near the Ocean Parkway. Those with serious injuries were transported to the hospital for treatment. Currently, their identities have not been reported.
The roadway was closed while emergency workers tended to injured victims and worked to clear the area. Authorities forced local drivers to use alternate routes while the scene was occupied by responders.
Police in Brooklyn continue to investigate.
