Brooklyn, NY - Pedestrian Struck by Train at Ditmas Ave & McDonald Ave

Brooklyn, NY (November 1, 2023) - A traffic accident involving a pedestrian and a train occurred in Brooklyn on Wednesday, November 1. 

Several responders went to the scene, located near 176 Ditmas Avenue and McDonald Avenue. According to local sources, an individual suffered fatal injuries when they were struck by a train in the area. 

The wreck site was occupied by police, paramedics, and fire crews for an extended time on Tuesday afternoon, causing traffic delays in the area. At this time, the victim has not been publicly identified. 

Authorities in Brooklyn are still investigating the details of the incident. No other information has currently been reported.
