Brooklyn, NY – Woman in Critical Condition After Pedestrian Crash on 25th Ave near Bath Ave
Brooklyn, NY (September 12, 2023) – A pedestrian collision was reported to police in Brooklyn on Tuesday afternoon, September 12. At approximately 1:11 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the crash scene on 25th Avenue.
Several responders were seen helping the victims at the crash site, located on 25th Avenue near Bath Avenue. Firefighters and police confirmed that one woman, age 66, suffered critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle.
A two-year-old child also sustained minor injuries in the crash. The NYPD Highway Collision Investigation Squad was requested at the scene a short time after the accident happened.
The woman was transported to the hospital a short time after the collision took place in order to receive medical care for her injuries.
