Buffalo, NY – Mother and Daughter Hit by Car on Delaware AveNY/NJ Legal News
Buffalo, NY (January 07, 2020) – A woman was struck by a car in downtown Buffalo on Tuesday, January 7th when she was attempting to cross the road with her baby.
The accident took place shortly after 11:00 a.m. when a driver made a lefthand turn from onto Delaware Avenue from Virginia Street.
Police reports indicate that a mother, 32, was crossing Delaware Avenue, pushing a stroller that held her 9-month-old daughter when she was struck.
The baby was not hit by the car but her stroller did tip over.
The mom was transported to Buffalo General Hospital with injuries that were classified as non-life-threatening. Her daughter was transported to Oishei Children’s Hospital for a precautionary examination.
