Camden County, NJ (July 21, 2021) – One woman has lost her life following a fire incident in Winslow Township on Saturday evening. At approximately 5:24 p.m., on July 17, emergency crews were notified that a fire incident on Hathaway Drive required assistance.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and located flames pouring out of a home located on Hathaway Drive. Firefighters went to work quickly on securing the area and battling the blaze.
Upon entering the premise, crews located a 59-year-old female suffering fatal injuries. The woman was declared deceased at the scene. Two ambulances were requested at the scene to treat victims and transport them to local hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
