Conewango, NY – 10-Year-Old Girl Critically Injured in CrashNY/NJ Legal News
Conewango, NY (November 12, 2019) – A 10-year-old Amish girl was airlifted to Oishei Children’s Hospital with a broken leg and other critical injuries after she was involved in a crash in Cattaraugus County.
Based on initial reports, the girl, along with six other people were heading northbound on Route 83 in a Subaru Outback when they collided with a commercial truck.
The truck rear-ended the Subaru and then veered off the righthand side of the road, eventually flipping over.
The Subaru was occupied by seven people, two in the front seat, three in the back, and two more in the hatchback.
A nine and seven-year-old Amish girl and boy were transported to Brooks Hospital with relatively minor injuries.
The driver of the truck sustained a minor leg injury. The driver of the Subaru was unharmed.
