Dix Hills, NJ (April 5, 2024) – A serious car wreck happened in Dix Hills on the evening of April 2. At approximately 4:45 p.m., emergency responders were sent to the scene of the accident on Route 231. At least one person was hurt in the wreck that happened near the Vanderbilt Parkway. Several responders were sent to the scene to help those involved and seriously injured patients were taken to the hospital for treatment. Police in Dix Hills continue to investigate.
