East Windsor, NJ (June 1, 2022) – Two people were transported to area hospitals with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in East Windsor on Saturday afternoon. At around 2:30 p.m., on May 29, the New Jersey State Police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike.

Reports provided by authorities show that a collision between a box truck and two other vehicles took place on the northbound side of the New Jersey Turnpike in the area near mile marker 67.1. The cross cause significant delays throughout the area as the police and firefighters closed off multiple lanes on the northbound side.

A total of two people involved in the accident were injured. The victims are transported to area hospitals for further care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
