Ewing, NJ – N. Olden Ave Crash Causes Multiple Injuries

Ewing, NJ (October 21, 2022) – Several people, including an infant, were injured during a collision involving an SUV and a pickup truck on Friday, October 14th. 

Township police, fire crews, EMS personnel, and Capital Health System paramedics responded to the scene in front of Wendy’s in the 1700th block of North Olden Avenue at about 9:00 p.m. 

Upon their arrival, emergency crews discovered three adults and an infant trapped in the two-vehicle wreckage.  

Additional ambulances from Lawrence and Trenton along with additional paramedics were dispatched to assist the injured. Fire crews used hydraulic rescue tools to cut through the vehicles and free the victims. 

After they were freed, the victims were moved to a regional trauma center in Trenton. North Olden Avenue was shut down between Parkside Avenue and Prospect Street to allow police to investigate.
