Vehicle Collisions in New Jersey
Despite their serious and unsettling consequences, car accidents happen every day nationwide. Each time you get behind the wheel, you have no way of knowing when or if some irresponsible driver is going to crash into your car, leaving you badly injured.
A pamphlet published by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that the country has seen an increase of more than 11% in vehicle crashes since 2015. As America’s population continues to grow unchecked, the number of reckless, new, irate, inexperienced, distracted, and thoughtless drivers on our roadways continues to grow along with it. Overcrowded streets and highways are just one of the countless reasons for the higher rate of vehicle accidents.
When traffic accidents occur, there are usually multiple victims that sustain grievous bodily injuries and heavy damage to their vehicles. If you were acting responsibly during the crash, then you will not be held accountable, meaning you will probably be eligible to collect compensation for your losses from both the at-fault driver as well as your insurance company.
Our firm fights aggressively on behalf of our injured clients to ensure their rights are guarded after being hurt in an avoidable accident. After a car accident, contact our vehicle collision attorneys in New Jersey at (800) 469-6476 to see how we can help you.
