New Jersey Auto Accidents

On average, New Jersey sees thousands of car wrecks per year. Tens of thousands are hurt annually in these collisions. Accidents caused by negligent drivers are often more severe than those that happen for other reasons. Drivers who cause traffic collisions that end up in injuries should always be held accountable for their actions. If you or a loved one of yours has recently been hurt in a crash caused by the negligence of another driver, a car accident attorney could be a great help to you and your ability to successfully recover.

Aside from physical injuries, car wrecks can also result in severe emotional and financial difficulties. Most of these accidents are easily preventable. If drivers were more careful and considerate while behind the wheel, everyone would be much safer while out on the road. Over 90% of reported car wrecks in the United States are the result of driver negligence.

The majority of car accidents reported in New Jersey are the result of some form of negligence, be it a motorist, manufacturer, or another party or person. In cases like this, injured victims are usually entitled to file claims for compensation against at-fault parties and their insurance companies. Serious injuries can result from auto accidents caused by negligence, including broken bones, spinal cord injuries, neck injuries, whiplash, and even things like paralysis and disfigurement. Depending on the severity of an injury, it could affect a victim for the rest of their life.

You may be entitled to significant compensation if you believe that another driver’s negligent actions ultimately led to your injuries. Compensation could help cover some or all of the costs associated with your wreck and the injuries that followed. A personal injury attorney will be able to help you figure out whether you qualify for compensation for your damages and losses.
