Freehold, NJ – Auto Accident Causes Injuries on Rt 33 east of Rt 79
Freehold, NJ (March 1, 2023) – On February 28, police in Freehold were dispatched to the scene of a car crash that injured at least one person. The crash was reported at approximately 9:54 a.m., according to police.
Sources say the crash happened on Route 33 east of Route 79. All lanes were closed while crews worked at the scene.
One or more injured victims were treated for injuries before being taken to area hospitals for further care. The extent of their injuries has not been reported at this time.
Police asked local drivers to slow down and use caution in the area. No other details have been reported at this time.
