Galloway, NJ – Two Injured in Car Crash on Chris Gaupp Dr

Galloway, NJ (August 5, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Thursday sent two victims to area hospitals with injuries. Just before 7 a.m., on July 30, police and firefighters responded to the scene of a crash on Chris Gaupp Drive.

Reports provided by local news sources show that 72-year-old Bonnie Schmidt was traveling down Jimmie Leeds Road. As she turned from Jimmie Leeds Road onto Chris Gaupp Drive, her vehicle was struck by a second vehicle, driven by 29-year-old Brandy Armpriester. The impact of the crash caused Schmidt’s vehicle to overturn, trapping her and her dog inside. Firefighters responding to the scene were able to extricate Schmidt and her dog. Both Schmidt and Armpriester were transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s Mainland Campus for treatment. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.

Our thoughts are with Ms. Bonnie Schmidt and Ms. Brandy Armpriester at this time.
