Garfield, NJ (February 14, 2020) –At around 3:30 p.m., on February 11, authorities were called to the scene of a pedestrian accident near the Plauderville Station. Reports indicate that 71-year-old Edward Faherty was struck by a Bergen County line train.
Faherty suffered fatal injuries in the collision and was immediately declared deceased.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
