Gloucester Twp, NJ – Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Black Horse Pike near Brewster Ave
Gloucester Twp, NJ (June 2, 2023) – A motorcycle accident took the life of one person in Gloucester Township. The accident occurred on the Black Horse Pike at around 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 2.
According to reports, the crash occurred when the motorcycle collided with an SUV on the Black Horse Pike near Brewster Avenue. The SUV was attempting to turn left onto Black Horse Pike when the crash occurred, authorities report.
Police arrived and found the motorcyclist irresponsive on the road. They attempted to revive him with CPR along with EMS crews from area hospitals and the Blackwood Fire Department. Sadly, the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities report it seems that the motorcyclist attempted to avoid the crash but was unable to do so. The driver of the SUV was treated for minor injuries at the scene and refused further medical care.
The victim’s identity has not been reported at this time. Authorities continue to investigate the details of the accident.
