Gloucester Twp, NJ – Police Officer Injured in Traffic Accident on Rt 42
Gloucester Twp, NJ (March 20, 2023) – A serious traffic crash happened in Gloucester Township on Sunday night, March 19. At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to help the involved parties.
According to reports, at least one person was hurt in the collision that occurred on Route 42. How the incident occurred is still under investigation. Reports show a state trooper was involved in the collision.
The police car collided with a vehicle in the southbound lanes of the road near exit eight. The officer and two others suffered injuries.
