Vehicle Rollovers in New Jersey

Hamilton, NJ - Crash With Entrapment, Injuries on NJ Tpk Near Exit 7A

When vehicle rollovers happen, there are often several victims that sustain grievous bodily injuries and serious damage to their vehicles. A report issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration shows that, since 2015, the United States has seen an uptick of over 11% in car accidents.

As the country’s population grows unchecked, the number of new, unskilled, aggressive, impetuous, inattentive, and careless drivers on the road grows right along with it. Our congested roadways are just one of the reasons for New Jersey’s high rate of vehicle crashes.

If you were following the rules of the road during a rollover accident, then you will not be held accountable. This means you will be eligible to collect compensation for your losses from both the at-fault driver as well as your insurance company.

The Metro Law firm has fought vigorously on behalf of their injured clients to make sure their legal rights are defended after being harmed in an avoidable accident within the state.
