Hazlet, NJ – Mom, Baby Hospitalized After Being Struck by Driver on Rt 36 Near Palmer AveNY/NJ Legal News
Hazlet, NJ (September 08, 2022) – A mother and her child both sustained injuries on Thursday, September 8th when a driver crashed into the stroller the woman was pushing on the southbound side of Route 36 in Hazlet.
The incident took place at about 12:00 p.m. between Palmer and Laurel Avenues.
The woman and her baby were transported by ambulance to Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel. There has been no update on their condition.
The collision spurred a police investigation and the closure of the highway’s southbound lanes which were reopened around 3:30 p.m.
