Hazlet, NJ – Traffic Collision Results in Injuries on Rt 35 near Hazlet Rd
Hazlet, NJ (May 2, 2023) – A serious car crash happened in Hazlet on Tuesday, May 2. At approximately 7:13 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene to render aid to the people involved.
Two people reportedly suffered injuries in the wreck that occurred on Route 35 near Hazlet Road. What caused the incident to happen is still being determined by authorities in Hazlet at this time.
The injured victims were treated by paramedics at the crash site and transported to Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel. Police have not reported their current medical conditions.
The roadway was closed while authorities and paramedics worked at the scene. Local drivers were forced to use alternate travel routes for the time being.
