Bicycle Accidents in New Jersey

Hightstown, NJ - 13-Year-Old Cyclist Dies After Being Hit by Vehicle at W. Ward St and Mercer St

It can be extremely difficult to establish liability in a bicycle accident case, meaning any compensation for losses and damages will be up in the air.

Your associated injuries could cost thousands of dollars in medical bills, physical therapy, lost earnings, and more. Your injuries could be permanent or life-changing if you endure a head or brain injury, broken bones, disfiguration, spinal cord damage, or something much worse.

It is important that you reach out to an experienced bicycle accident lawyer as soon as possible. The liable party will most likely attempt to put the blame on you, and insurance providers often avoid taking responsibility for cases with serious injuries.
