Inwood, NY (May 2, 2023) – On the evening of Tuesday, May 2, a serious car accident was reported to officials in Inwood. The incident took place just before 6:00 p.m. at an intersection, however, the cause of the crash has not been reported.
Sources stated the wreck occurred at the intersection of Burnside Avenue and the Nassau Expressway. At least two cars crashed and injured the people involved.
The vehicles at the crash scene were seriously damaged and had to be towed from the area. Multiple emergency crews were observed working on the roadway for an extended period of time on the evening of May 2.
