Motorcycle Accidents in New Jersey

Jackson, NJ - One Critical After Dirt Bike Collision at Rt 571 and Ridgeway Blvd

A motorcycle has the same legal right of way as a truck or car and drivers are responsible for yielding the right of way. Sadly, it’s not unusual to see motorcycle accidents caused by other negligent driving actions, such as:

  • Drivers making a sudden lefthand turn in front of a motorcyclist when approaching an intersection
  • Drivers moving into the motorcycle’s lane when making a righthand turn
  • Drivers who make a lane change without checking their blind spots, forcing the rider off the roadway
  • Drivers not stopping in time to avoid rear-ending the motorcyclist

The drivers of passenger vehicles need to be held responsible for the motorcycle injuries they cause. At Metro Law, we advocate for injured motorcyclists and the families of motorcyclists who were killed in accidents caused by negligence.

At Metro Law, we will launch a thorough investigation into your accident and consult with occupational and medical professionals in order to verify the damages you have sustained.
