Hiring a New Jersey Car Accident Lawyer

Keyport, NJ - Woman, Child Seriously Injured in Crash on Rt 35

It is quite normal to feel shocked and confused after a car accident. Insurers know this, and try to benefit themselves by taking advantage of the state you are in. They will probably contact you asking you to provide a recorded statement before you have even seen a doctor.

Rather than playing into the hands of an insurance company’s representative immediately after an accident, we suggest that you reach out to a vehicle accident attorney in New Jersey.

A practiced lawyer can help you identify critical elements of the circumstances leading up to your accident and ready you for the questions you will be asked by the insurance company. After you have given a prepared statement to the insurer, your lawyer can take over negotiations.

A reputable car accident lawyer will be familiar with New Jersey laws and will be able to clarify the indecipherable terms on your car insurance policy. This will give them, and by extension, you, the advantage when negotiations begin.

While an insurance company might be successful in pressuring you to consent to a settlement that is less than you deserve, our lawyers are not susceptible to their intimidating ploys. We regularly handle major insurance carriers and know exactly how to deal with them.

The legal team here at Metro Law has fought relentlessly on behalf of our injured clients to make certain their rights are defended after being harmed in an avoidable collision within the state. After a serious accident, contact our car accident injury lawyers in New Jersey at (800) 469-6476 to see how we can help you.
