Madison, NJ (August 05, 2022) – A 64-year-old pedestrian is in the hospital after she was struck by a driver that fled the scene on Thursday, August 4th in Morris County.
The woman was hit at about 5:20 p.m. on Main Street in the area of Waverly Place in Madison.
She was transported to Morristown Medical Center for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
After hitting the victim, the driver turned down Waverly Place without stopping to render aid or notify the authorities.
