Mahwah, NJ – Teen Girl Injured in Crash on Darlington Ave, Airlifted to Hospital
Mahwah, NJ (November 24, 2023) – A teenage girl was airlifted to a local hospital after a serious car crash in Mahwah on Friday, November 24. Reports from authorities show the incident took place at around 11:07 p.m. in the 800 block of Darlington Avenue. Police arrived at the scene to find a vehicle that had crashed into a telephone pole. Four teenagers were involved in the collision, three of which whom had exited the vehicle shortly after the incident. The teenager who was airlifted was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extracted by fire crews. She was flown to St. Joseph’s Hospital. The other victims were taken to Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.
Authorities in Mahwah continue to investigate.
