Manchester, NJ – Sandra Wade Dies in Head-On Crash With Box Truck on Rt 70 Near MM 34NY/NJ Legal News
Manchester, NJ (October 14, 2022) – A woman died during a head-on crash with a box truck in Manchester Township on Thursday, October 13th.
The incident took place at about 6:45 a.m. on Route 70 close to milepost 34.
Upon their arrival, officers located a north-facing Nissan Frontier with its back end partly in the westbound lanes and a refrigerated box truck on the eastbound shoulder. The front end of the Nissan was extensively damaged and the roof was completely ripped off.
The driver of the Nissan, 61-year-old Sandra Wade, a resident of Toms River, was pronounced dead at the scene.
