Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in New York
Pedestrian accidents in New York are seemingly on the rise this year, with a concerning number of these accidents occurring due to motorists who don’t seem to see this group of travelers on the road. This year, bicycle accident deaths alone have already more than doubled what the total fatalities of 2018 were just in New York City, which puts a bad precedent forward of what we might expect to come in the whole state. These accidents are serious, and for victims, it’s important that they are treated as such.
Victims of these accidents will face significant financial difficulties, and they will often be lost on what they can do next. This is especially true when a victim is paid by insurance, but the insurance coverage is not enough. For these victims, what they can and cannot due in order to pay all of their bills is difficult to know, and so having the help of a personal injury lawyer can help to answer any questions that they may have in regards to their case.
At Metro Law, we strive to put our clients first and to help them know we are there for them.
