Hiring a New Jersey Personal Injury Attorney
It is quite normal to feel shocked and confused after a car accident. Insurers know this, and try to benefit themselves by taking advantage of the state you are in. They will probably contact you asking you to provide a recorded statement before you have even seen a doctor.
While an insurance company might be successful in pressuring you to consent to a settlement that is less than you deserve, our lawyers are not susceptible to their intimidating ploys. We regularly handle major insurance carriers and know exactly how to deal with them.
An experienced attorney can assist you in identifying crucial details of the events surrounding your crash and prepare you for the questions you will face from the insurance adjuster. Once you have provided them with a prepared statement, your attorney can manage the negotiations.
Our team has fought relentlessly on behalf of our injured clients to make certain their legal rights are defended after being harmed in an avoidable collision within the state. A reputable car accident lawyer will be familiar with New Jersey laws and will be able to clarify the indecipherable terms on your car insurance policy. This will give them, and by extension, you, the advantage when negotiations begin.
