Middletown, NJ – Local Man Struck by Car on Leonardville RdNY/NJ Legal News
Middletown, NJ (September 26, 2019) – A 34-year-old pedestrian was injured in a car accident on Monday, September 23rd on Leonardville Road. According to Middletown Police, the pedestrian was hospitalized after the accident.
What looks to have been an accident took place shortly after 5:00 p.m. The man was walking along Leonardville Road near the Leonard Avenue intersection when he was struck by a car.
He was taken to Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center for treatment of his injuries sustained in the accident.
The driver of the car, a 59-year-old man from Middletown, remained at the scene and is cooperating in the police investigation.
