Middletown, NY – Three-Car Accident Ends in Injuries on State Hwy 30
Middletown, NY (February 10, 2023) – New York State Police are investigating an injury crash that occurred in Middletown.
The accident occurred on State Highway 30 when three vehicles collided for reasons still being investigated. One of the involved vehicles was a police cruiser.
Paramedics rendered aid to the injured victims at the scene. According to information from local reports, the police trooper and one other driver suffered injuries.
State Police in New York were assisted at the crash site by the Halcottsville Fire Department, the Margaretville FD, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, Arkville FD, Roxbury FD, NYS DOT, and the Margaretville EMS.
The roadway was blocked for an extended period of time on February 8. Drivers in the area were urged to utilize different routes while responders worked to secure the scene.
Authorities in Middletown are still investigating the details of the crash.
