Morristown, NJ – Injury Wreck on I-287 near Morris Ave

Morristown, NJ (October 11, 2023) – A major car crash was reported to police in Morristown on the afternoon of October 11. At around 2:35 pm., emergency crews were sent to the scene of the incident to render aid and investigate. 

At least one person was hurt in an accident reported on Interstate 287 near Morris Avenue. The number of vehicles involved has not been released. 

Paramedics helped those with injuries and transported seriously injured patients to area hospitals as needed. The identities of those with injuries remain unknown at this time. 

The road was closed while crews worked in the area in an effort to help those involved in the crash.
