Road Accidents in New Jersey
Even though road accidents are troubling experiences, they still happen every day in New Jersey. You have no way of knowing when or if some irresponsible driver is going to run into your car, leaving you with serious injuries.
When a car crash takes place, there will likely be multiple victims, each one sustaining moderate to severe physical injuries and heavy vehicular damage. If you were acting responsibly when your accident occurred, then you will not be held liable. This means you will likely be entitled to financial compensation for your damages from the at-fault driver.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration stated that, since 2015, the US has witnessed an increase of more than 11% in vehicle accidents. As the overall population grows, the number of new, inexperienced, and reckless drivers on the road grows along with it. Our overcrowded roadways are just one of the many reasons for the increasing number of multi-vehicle collisions.
Our firm has fought industriously on behalf of their injured clients to make sure their legal rights are guarded after being harmed in an avoidable accident within the state.
