New Brunswick, NJ (August 8, 2022) – A significant car accident occurred in the New Brunswick area on Monday, August 8th, leaving both the driver and a passenger in one of the vehicles with injuries.

According to reports from the New Brunswick Police Department, the incident took place at around 4:20 p.m. on the New Jersey Turnpike on the northbound lanes, which are located near Interchange 9 and Highway 18.

Because the inquiry into what caused the incident is still underway, the facts that led up to it have not been made public. According to reports, emergency medical technicians were there at the scene to evacuate the two wounded victims; however, their current conditions are unclear.
