Newark, NJ (July 22, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Newark area ended in injuries. At approximately 2:27 a.m., on July 19, emergency crews were notified that a crash took place on Pointer Avenue.
Reports from local authorities show that a collision between vehicles occurred on Pointer Avenue in the area of Frelinghuysen Avenue during the morning hours.
The incident resulted in injuries. A total of three people were harmed in the accident. One victim sustained life-threatening injuries. Emergency crews rushed to the scene and begin performing CPR on the victim before transporting them to a local hospital for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
