Newark, NJ (June 22, 2021) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a traffic-related incident in the Newark area that ended in injuries. At around 5:49 a.m., on June 20, emergency crews were notified that an accident took place on Stanley Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a black sedan and an unknown number of additional vehicles were involved in a crash on Stanley Avenue. The incident blocked the roadway, causing moderate delays in the area.
EMS responded to the scene to treat one person who was injured in the accident. The victim was rendered aid briefly on-site before being transported to a local hospital for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation with the Newark Police Department.
