Motorcycle Accidents in New Jersey
Each year, thousands of people are left with debilitating injuries in the aftermath of motorcycle accidents. Here in New Jersey, we witness numerous people injured in collisions as a result of other drivers’ actions. Regrettably, not everyone takes the time to consider our safety before heading out onto roads across the state. In fact, thousands of people sustain injuries in accidents throughout New Jersey as a result of negligent and reckless drivers.
Motorcyclists are far more vulnerable to being injured due to the fact that they are unprotected from severe injuries. People in cars, trucks, and SUVs have steel cages that work as a barrier of protection in an accident. Motorcyclists are not afforded this luxury. As a result, injuries sustained by motorcyclists are often catastrophic. Not only are victims left with mental and physical suffering, but they are often hospitalized and forced to undergo surgery. These accidents are often preventable, yet we continue to see the life-altering consequences victims and their families are forced to endure. Victims can contact a motorcycle accident attorney in New Jersey to protect their legal rights and explore legal options available to them.
