Newark, NJ – Woman Injured in Auto Accident at South Orange Ave & Grand AveNY/NJ Legal News
Newark, NJ (July 20, 2022) – One woman was hospitalized following a crash that occurred in the Lower Vailsburg section of Newark. At around 5:20 p.m., on July 20, the New York Police Department and local firefighters were notified that a crash on South Orange Avenue required assistance.
Reports from the police show that a white sedan and a second vehicle collided on South Orange Avenue at the intersection of Grand Avenue during the evening hours.
Although details surrounding the accident are limited, one woman who was inside one of the vehicles involved in the collision suffered injuries. EMS transported the woman to a nearby hospital, where she underwent emergency medical treatment.
Multiple victims were provided care at the scene.
The Newark Police Department is investigating the accident at this time.
