Nine Hospitalized After Crash on Palisades Pkwy in Ramapo, NY

Ramapo, NY (August 4, 2026) – Nine people were hospitalized on Monday afternoon, August 3, after a single-vehicle collision on the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway near Exit 11.

It happened around 1:10 p.m. as heavy rain fell across the region. The New York State Police say all nine occupants of a Toyota Sienna were taken to hospitals with injuries described as varying in severity.

No names or ages were released for those hurt in the wreck, and further details were not immediately available.

State Police are continuing to look into what led up to the crash.
