North Babylon, N.Y. – Three Hospitalized Following Accident on Hunter AvenueRobert A. Solomon, P.C.
North Babylon, N.Y. (June 4, 2019) – Three people were sent to the hospital after they are involved in a car accident that involved at least two vehicles, according to police. The New York vehicle accident occurred on Tuesday, around 12:25 p.m., at the intersection of Hunter Avenue and Route 231, according to reports.
It is unclear, at the time of this article’s posting, how the accident occurred. Pictures from the scene show two vehicles, a four-door sedan and a small SUV, stopped in the intersection and facing each other. The silver SUV has severe damage to the rear driver’s side, while it is unclear what damage was done to the sedan.
The North Babylon Volunteer Fire Company responded to the crash, where they found three people in need of treatment, one of which was ejected from one of the vehicles. Those three victims were taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries to be treated.
Police are investigating the accident further at the time of this article’s posting.
